How the bot works

A grid buys when price falls and sells when it rises. As long as the market oscillates, it works very well.

The trouble starts when the market stops oscillating and moves in one direction for months: the grid keeps adding positions and waits for a return that never comes. Citadel Master Pro is built around one precise question: how do you recognize, with data rather than gut feeling, that a basket will not come back into profit?

A simplified buy basket. Each level lowers the average price, so a partial rebound is enough to close in profit. The safeguards are there for the case where the rebound never comes.
Phase 1Entry

The bot opens a position only when RSI, Bollinger Bands and a Moving Average all signal a price extreme together. One indicator alone is not enough.

Before entering it checks where price sits in the pair's historical range: no buying close to the highs, no selling close to the lows. If a strong trend is under way, signals against it are discarded.

Phase 2Grid

If price moves against the position, the bot adds positions to lower the average price. The distance between levels is not fixed: it adapts to current volatility and to what the bot has learned from previous trades.

Volume grows with each level according to the Risk Level you choose, and the maximum number of positions always stays where you set it.

Phase 3Close

Every position has its own profit targets. When the basket reaches them and the gain then pulls back towards breakeven, the bot closes the later positions and locks in the profit, without stopping the session.

A second, higher target with a trailing exit from the peak lets the larger favorable moves run.

Phase 4Protection

This is what sets it apart from an ordinary grid. The bot compares the open basket with the pair's historical behavior and closes it when the numbers say this is no longer an oscillation.

Each safeguard is switched on and tuned pair by pair, only where that pair's data justifies it: the settings file you receive is already configured.

Market regime filter

A trend detector on the daily and weekly charts blocks new entries against the dominant direction, stops adding levels and closes baskets open on the wrong side.

Fast Grid

The bot knows how long the pair normally takes to cover the grid distance, because it measures it on thousands of hourly bars. If the basket fills up much faster than normal, it closes and does not reopen in the same direction for a while.

Historical Return

Once price has moved a given distance away, how long does it usually take to come back? The bot measures it on the pair's history. If a basket stays open longer than that, it stops waiting instead of sitting stuck for months.

No fixed stop loss

A stop set at the same number of pips for every situation also closes positions that would have recovered. Citadel Master Pro accepts a loss only when a measurement on the pair's price says that basket is behaving abnormally. Every losing close has a reason, written in the log.

Settings for 10 pairs

Every pair has its own character, so it has its own parameters: EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD, NZDCAD, AUDCAD, AUDNZD, AUDSGD, EURCHF, EURGBP and GBPCHF, each optimized and tested on its own.

Memory Learning

The bot records every closed position, with level reached, profit, duration and direction, and uses these statistics to adjust the grid. The memory is saved and survives a platform restart.

You decide the risk

Risk Level, maximum number of positions and grid distance stay under your control. The bot adapts to the market within the limits you have set, never beyond them.

What is an Expert Advisor for MT5?

An Expert Advisor is a program that opens and closes trades on MetaTrader 5 automatically, following precise rules, 24 hours a day.

Citadel Master Pro AI uses a grid trading strategy with safeguards based on the price history of each pair, so you can let it work without watching the chart.

Does the bot use a stop loss?

It does not use a fixed stop loss in pips. It closes a basket at a loss only when a measurement on price justifies it: a confirmed opposite trend, a grid filling up too fast, or a basket open longer than the time in which price has historically come back. Every such close is written to the log with its reason.

How is the Expert Advisor delivered?

After payment you receive by email the .ex5 file personalized with your MT5 account number, to copy into the MetaTrader 5 Experts folder, together with a step-by-step installation guide. No programming skills needed.

I bought an earlier version: do I get 6.7?

Yes, updates are included in the lifetime license. If you haven't received it yet, write to [email protected] with your MT5 account number.

What do I need?

A MetaTrader 5 account, demo or live, and a minimum capital of €1,000. For more stable results we recommend €2,000 or more. The Expert Advisor runs on Windows; on a Mac you use it through a VPS.

Does it work with every MT5 broker?

Yes, with every broker that offers MetaTrader 5, including IC Markets, Pepperstone, FxPro and FxOpen. For the best results choose a broker with low spreads.

Which currency pairs does it trade?

With the license you receive optimized settings for EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD, NZDCAD, AUDCAD, AUDNZD, AUDSGD, EURCHF, EURGBP and GBPCHF. Each pair has its own parameters, because each pair moves differently. For other pairs you can request dedicated settings by email.

Can I license more than one account?

Yes. In the form you can enter several account numbers separated by commas, for example your live and demo accounts, and the Expert Advisor will work on all of them.

Can I change the settings?

Yes, the bot has several options to match your risk tolerance. Parameter optimization is delicate, though: if in doubt, keep the settings provided or ask for assistance.

Can I use it with €20,000 or more?

Yes, but the bot has been optimized and tested up to €10,000. With larger volumes slippage, variable spreads and pair liquidity matter more, so for larger capital we recommend personalized assistance at €79, with parameters calibrated on your capital.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the bot?
