1. Object of the Contract

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of the automated trading software named "Citadel Master Pro" (hereinafter "Software" or "Bot"), designed to operate on the cTrader platform.

By proceeding with the purchase, the Client declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

The purchase of the Software confers only the right of use according to the terms established herein, not the transfer of any ownership rights.

The price of the Software is clearly indicated on the purchase page and includes:

Payment is made via PayPal. The Software is delivered only after receipt of confirmation of successful payment.

6. Updates and Support

6.1 Updates

The Client is entitled to receive all updates, improvements, and fixes to the Software free of charge and for life. Updates will be communicated via email and made available for download.

The purchase includes 1 month of free technical support from the delivery date, which comprises:

6.3 Extended Support

After the 1-month free support period expires, the Client may purchase extended support packages under conditions that will be communicated via email or published on the website.

7. Demo Trial Period

Citadel Tech Solutions offers the possibility to request a free demo version of the Software for 30 days. The Client is encouraged to thoroughly test the demo version before proceeding with the purchase of the full license.

The availability of the demo version constitutes an opportunity to fully evaluate the features and performance of the Software in one's own trading environment.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

8.1 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Client expressly acknowledges and accepts that the right of withdrawal is excluded as the Software constitutes:

8.2 Refund for Malfunction

If the malfunction is confirmed and cannot be resolved within 15 working days, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of confirmation.

Personal data provided by the Client is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy of Citadel Tech Solutions.

13. Changes to Terms

Citadel Tech Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website and communicated via email to existing Clients.

Modifications will apply to purchases made after the publication date. Existing Clients will continue to be governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase, unless changes are imposed by mandatory laws.

All communications between the Client and Citadel Tech Solutions must take place via email:

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.

15.2 Competent Court

For any dispute relating to these Terms or the use of the Software, the Court of Pavia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's court for Clients acting as consumers pursuant to the Consumer Code.

15.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

In accordance with European legislation on alternative dispute resolution (EU Regulation No. 524/2013), consumers have the right to use the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

16. Final Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written.

Should one or more provisions of these Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

The failure or delay in enforcing any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Language

These Terms are drafted in the Italian language. In the event of translation into other languages, the Italian version shall prevail.
